In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "mia4d" or "the Platform" refers to the online sports betting and casino service operated under the domain https://mia4d.vip, including all associated sub-pages, games, betting markets, payment interfaces, and customer support channels.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of mia4d, an internationally licensed gaming company.
• "You", "Your", "the User", "the Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the mia4d platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal user account registered by You on mia4d, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activities are conducted.
• "Balance" means the funds held in your mia4d Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by You on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to your Account by mia4d subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before the first withdrawal is processed and at any time requested by mia4d in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-management features available within your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Clause 8 of these Terms.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all operational communications and transaction timestamps on the Platform.

Access to and use of mia4d is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the Platform. mia4d operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesian market. Any attempt to register or use the Platform by a person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. mia4d is designed and operated specifically for Indonesian players. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk and legal responsibility.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from engaging in gambling activities.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on mia4d. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether for bonus abuse, identity concealment, or any other purpose — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on mia4d or on any other gambling platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion on mia4d, you may not register a new account until the exclusion period has formally expired and been lifted by mia4d's responsible gaming team.
• Employee Restriction: Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of mia4d and its affiliated companies, game studios, and payment partners are not eligible to hold a Player Account.

To access the full features of the mia4d platform — including placing bets, participating in casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a verified personal Account. The registration process is subject to the following conditions:

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card or passport), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid personal email address and mobile phone number.
• One Account Per Person: Only one Account may be registered per individual. mia4d uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without notice.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. mia4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify mia4d's support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. Allowing another person to access or use your Account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Registration Data Updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any of your registered details change. Failure to maintain accurate registration data may delay the processing of withdrawals or result in account suspension.

mia4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.

mia4d is committed to operating a safe, fair, and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Account holders are required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. mia4d may also request additional KYC documentation at any time if required by its compliance framework.

Standard KYC documents accepted include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Indonesian Passport (valid and unexpired)
• Indonesian Driving Licence (SIM) accompanied by a secondary proof-of-address document
• Bank account statement issued within the past 90 days, showing your name, address, and account number, for the bank account linked to your mia4d Account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other accepted Indonesian banks)

All submitted documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Redacted, edited, or expired documents will not be accepted. mia4d's KYC team aims to review submitted documentation within 1–2 business days (WIB). Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed. mia4d will not be liable for any loss arising from delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with mia4d's Privacy Policy. They are used exclusively for identity verification and compliance purposes and are stored securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.

All financial transactions on mia4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion fees are charged by mia4d. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits are accepted via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your mia4d Account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Processing times are typically instant to 15 minutes but may be longer during peak periods or due to delays at the sending bank or e-wallet provider.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared accounts, family members, or payment processors — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• mia4d does not accept deposits in cash, cryptocurrency, or via any payment method not listed as accepted on the Platform.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the mia4d Account. Third-party withdrawal destinations are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours (WIB). Withdrawals requested outside of standard hours, during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Nyepi), or flagged for additional review may take longer.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. mia4d reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at any time.
• mia4d reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by its compliance obligations.

mia4d offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback programmes, and other incentives to eligible Account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic expiry and removal of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Eligible Games: Unless otherwise stated, wagering contributions towards bonus rollover requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published in each offer's terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: mia4d welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to each eligible player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• Bonus Abuse: Any strategy or pattern of play deemed by mia4d (in its reasonable discretion) to constitute abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, and coordinated multi-account play — may result in cancellation of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, account restriction, or permanent closure.
• Right to Withdraw or Modify: mia4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Cash Deposits Take Priority: Unless you actively opt in to a bonus offer during the deposit process, your deposit will be credited as real-money funds with no attached wagering requirements. Bonus funds are never added automatically without player consent.

All bets and wagers placed on the mia4d platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant product area of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only considered accepted and valid once it has been confirmed by the mia4d system and a bet receipt or confirmation number has been issued. Bets that are pending or that experience technical errors during placement will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per wager and vary by sport, event, game type, and market. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. mia4d reserves the right to adjust individual Account stake limits based on betting history and risk management requirements.
• Odds and Payouts: All odds are displayed in decimal format. Payouts are calculated as stake multiplied by decimal odds. mia4d reserves the right to correct any odds displayed in error. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live In-Play Betting: Live betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time in response to match events, data delays, or technical issues. mia4d will not be liable for losses resulting from delays in live data or from the exercise of its right to suspend markets.
• Togel Draws: All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results on mia4d are derived from independently sourced official draw outputs. Draw times and result publication schedules are displayed within the Togel section of the Platform. mia4d does not control draw outcomes.
• Casino Games & RNG: All slots and table games on mia4d use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RNG is independently tested by third-party certification laboratories to ensure provably fair outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the relevant game studios.
• Disputed Settlements: If you believe a bet or game result has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with mia4d's support team within 72 hours of the result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. mia4d's decision on disputed settlements is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mia4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, including accounts in other persons' names.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games without the express written consent of mia4d.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to eliminate risk and guarantee profit across multiple accounts or platforms using mia4d promotions.
• Attempting to launder money or process illicit funds through the mia4d platform in any form.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.
• Colluding with other players in any poker, card game, or competitive game format available on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Any conduct that mia4d reasonably believes constitutes fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the Platform, its games, or its staff.

mia4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, mia4d collects the personal data necessary to operate your Account (identity, contact details, payment information, transaction history, and gaming activity). This data is used to provide the Platform's services, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with applicable legal and compliance obligations, and — with your consent — deliver relevant promotional communications.

mia4d does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with trusted service providers (payment processors, identity verification services, game studios) only to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services. All data shared with third parties is subject to binding data protection agreements. Your data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by mia4d, subject to our legal retention obligations. Submit such requests to support@mia4d.vip.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mia4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the mia4d Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, cyberattack, force majeure, or any other cause beyond mia4d's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy in live sports data, odds, game results, or togel draw outcomes provided by third-party data suppliers.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, howsoever arising.

Where mia4d's liability cannot be excluded by law, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mia4d Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits mia4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

mia4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Account holder has breached, or mia4d has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of, any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• mia4d is required to do so by a court order, regulatory direction, or applicable law.
• The Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• The Account holder's conduct poses a risk to other users, to the integrity of the Platform, or to mia4d's operational or reputational interests.
• mia4d determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the Account poses a responsible gaming risk to the Account holder.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting mia4d's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

Where an Account is closed by mia4d due to a breach of these Terms, mia4d reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming operations, and with reference to the laws and regulations governing mia4d's international operating licence. mia4d is an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform; it does not claim to operate under, or to be authorised by, any Indonesian domestic gaming licence, and makes no such representation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, or termination, shall first be submitted to mia4d's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@mia4d.vip. mia4d will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through mia4d's internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
